Responsibilities
The Content Moderator will create a safe and positive gaming environment by monitoring and filtering digital content, including text, images, and videos, to protect gamers from harmful material. They will collaborate with internal teams, audit and assess interactions for accurate rating, and report on trends and improvement opportunities. The moderator will also participate in feature testing and tool improvements, identify errors in relation to established procedures, and ensure adherence to best practices.
Requirements
Candidates must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and C1-C2 level German proficiency. They should have emotional stability, self-awareness, and strong auto-analysis skills.
