Your responsibilities will include: β’ Strategic Content Planning: Collaborating closely with the marketing team to develop and strategize content initiatives aligned with our business objectives. β’ Performance Analysis: Regularly reporting on the performance of your content, providing valuable insights to optimize future strategies and demonstrate impact. β’ Content Creation from Concept to Completion: Developing detailed outlines and writing compelling copy for various content formats, always keeping clear business goals at the forefront. β’ Social Media Engagement: Crafting engaging and impactful social media content across platforms like X and LinkedIn to build our brand presence and connect with our audience. β’ Market and Competitive Intelligence: Monitoring trending content, tracking competitor activities, and providing actionable insights to the sales team regarding relevant audience interests. β’ Sales Enablement Support: Responding to requests from the sales team and providing them with valuable content and insights to support their efforts. β’ Versatile Copywriting: Developing compelling copy for a range of marketing materials, including emails, brochures, one-pagers, and other assets as needed. β’ Product Awareness and Promotion: Staying up-to-date on product usage trends, the latest new versions, updates, and features to ensure your copy accurately and effectively promotes our offerings. Requirements: β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a keen eye for detail and nuance. β’ Proven experience working with U.S.-based B2B companies, understanding the nuances of this market. β’ Demonstrable experience and a solid understanding of SQL and/or database concepts. β’ 2-5 years of experience in a copywriting or content creation role within a B2B environment. β’ A portfolio showcasing compelling marketing copy across various formats (e.g., website copy, social media, email campaigns, blog posts). β’ Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. β’ A proactive and collaborative spirit, with the ability to work effectively within a team and independently. β’ A passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends. β’ Strong Plus: β’ Experience creating video scripts and/or webinar content. β’ Familiarity and hands-on experience using DBeaver. β’ Experience working directly with SQL or database-focused companies. β’ Nice-to-Haves: β’ Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM platforms. β’ Experience working within a collaborative environment using tools like Jira, Slack, and G Suite. β’ Understanding of basic SEO principles.
