About the position HYROX is a global sports event series that combines running and functional fitness training in a unique race format. Founded in Germany in 2017, HYROX has evolved into a worldwide fitness movement with events across five continents, attracting tens of thousands of athletes every season. As our Content Marketing Manager you are the creative engine that brings our brand to life across digital platforms and live events. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager – USA, you will lead the development and execution of engaging storytelling, video production, and field marketing activations. This role is remote, but you’ll be where the action is—traveling to major events and emerging markets to capture the raw energy of our community. This is an ideal role for a visual storyteller who thrives on the road, excels in video editing, and has a passion for building local content strategies that resonate with the North American audience. Responsibilities • Content Strategy & Storytelling: Develop and execute a North America content strategy that creates compelling narratives around our events, athletes, and brand culture. • Video Production & Editing: Own the full content workflow—from filming on-site to editing high-impact videos for social media and marketing campaigns. • Social Media Management: Lead the HYROX America Instagram account and develop platform-native formats that drive engagement across the USA and Canada. • Communications & CRM: Create engaging written and visual content for newsletters, email marketing, and website updates. • Field Marketing & Events: Travel to key events to lead content coverage strategies and collaborate with partnerships teams to bring activations to life. • Emerging Market Activation: Support growing markets with localized content strategies for new event launches and expansions. Requirements • Experience: 3+ years in content marketing, social media, or digital media. • Technical Skills: Strong video production and editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro). • Storytelling: Excellent writing abilities with the talent to translate global campaigns into locally relevant stories. • Organization: Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects and content workflows simultaneously. • Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently, including weekends, to capture content at our events.
