Senior Digital Content Manager

Role Overview The Senior Digital Content Manager will lead the creation, execution, and optimization of content across SideKix’s digital ecosystem. This includes the website, LinkedIn, Instagram, and community forums. The role is responsible for ensuring all content aligns with SideKix’s brand voice, supports user growth and engagement, and strengthens community trust.

Core Responsibilities1. Content Strategy & Planning
• Develop and own a cohesive, cross-platform content strategy aligned with SideKix’s brand identity and business goals
• Translate brand positioning into clear messaging frameworks tailored to each platform
• Build and maintain an editorial calendar across website, LinkedIn, Instagram, and forums
• Identify content opportunities based on user behavior, trends, and product updates

2. Content Creation & Execution
• Oversee and contribute to the creation of high-quality content including:
• Website copy (landing pages, product pages, blog posts)
• LinkedIn thought leadership and company updates
• Instagram posts, captions, reels concepts, and campaigns
• Community forum posts, announcements, and engagement threads
• Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all channels
• Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to produce engaging multimedia content

3. Brand Voice & Messaging Governance
• Align, document, and enforce SideKix’s brand voice and tone guidelines
• Act as the gatekeeper for all external-facing content
• Adapt messaging appropriately for different audiences (members, advisors, partners)
• Ensure all content reflects SideKix’s values, personality, and positioning

4. Social & Community Engagement
• Drive engagement strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, and community forums
• Monitor conversations and respond or guide responses in alignment with brand voice
• Foster a sense of community through meaningful, authentic interactions
• Identify and amplify user-generated content and community stories

5. Performance & Optimization
• Track and analyze content performance across all platforms (engagement, reach, conversions, retention)
• Use insights to continuously refine content strategy and improve outcomes
• Conduct A/B testing on messaging, formats, and campaigns
• Report on key metrics and provide actionable recommendation

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with marketing to align content with launches and campaigns
• Work with UX/UI to optimize website content for user experience
• Collaborate with external partners and influencers when needed

7. SEO & Platform Best Practices
• Optimize website and blog content for SEO and discoverability
• Stay current on algorithm changes and platform trends (LinkedIn, Instagram)
• Apply best practices for each channel (format, timing, tone, hashtags, etc.)

8. Content Operations & Management
• Manage content workflows, approvals, and publishing processes
• Maintain consistency and quality control across all deliverables
• Scale content production efficiently through tools, templates, and processes

Key Qualifications
• 4+ years in digital content, social media, or brand marketing roles
• Strong portfolio demonstrating multi-platform content strategy and execution
• Deep understanding of social platforms (especially LinkedIn and Instagram)
• Experience managing brand voice and storytelling
• Analytical mindset with experience using performance metrics to guide decisions
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
