Content Editor and Posting Assistant for TikTok and Instagram

We are building a strong content presence for a luxury men’s grooming brand and need someone who can take raw speaking clips and turn them into polished short-form content. This role is for someone who understands TikTok pacing Fast cuts Clean subtitles No dead air No slow edits. The content will be recorded weekly in batches. Your responsibility is to turn that footage into multiple short-form videos suitable for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Responsibilities • Edit raw talking videos into 10–30 second clips • Add clean subtitles and light sound design • Remove pauses, filler words, and repetition • Maintain a consistent visual style for the brand • Organize and label clips for easy posting • Schedule posts using our content calendar • Create simple caption text and format for upload • Track performance and organize best-performing formats Required Skills • Short-form editing experience (TikTok/IG/Reels style) • Strong understanding of pacing, hook placement, and retention editing • Ability to turn one long recording into multiple usable clips • Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut • Ability to follow brand consistency and direction • Fluent English writing (for captioning and titles) Bonus (Not Required But Preferred) • Experience editing grooming, lifestyle, or educational content • Experience with AI caption tools • Ability to quickly identify viral hooks from long video sessions Workload • Ongoing weekly role • Approximately 60–100 edited clips per month • Must be consistent with turnaround times Pay Flat monthly fee.
