We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Content & Digital Coordinator to join the New Way team. The Content & Digital Coordinator is responsible for creating, coordinating, and managing engaging content across digital platforms to support marketing, sales, recruitment, and brand awareness initiatives. This role plays a key part in executing content strategies, maintaining brand voice, and ensuring consistent messaging across websites, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels. The Content & Digital Coordinator collaborates closely with marketing, sales, HR, and external partners to deliver timely, high‑quality content that supports business objectives.
Your Role in Our Mission:

Create, edit, and publish content for digital platforms including websites, social media channels, email campaigns, blogs, and digital advertising.
Coordinate content calendars to ensure consistent, timely, and strategic messaging across channels.
Support branding initiatives by maintaining brand voice, tone, and messaging standards across all content.
Collaborate with marketing team members to develop and execute content aligned with campaign goals and business priorities.
Manage website content updates, including page edits, basic formatting, and coordination with designers or developers as needed.
Develop dealer‑facing content, promotional messaging, and digital sales support materials.
Support recruitment marketing efforts by creating job postings, hiring campaign content, and employer‑branding materials.
Assist with planning, capturing, and sharing content related to trade shows, industry events, and company activities.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (photographers, videographers, agencies) to gather and deliver content assets.
Monitor content performance and engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining content quality.
Incorporate feedback effectively and revise content as needed.
Maintain organized digital files, content archives, and asset libraries.
Stay current on content marketing, social media, and digital trends to continuously improve effectiveness.

To Perform this Job Successfully:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
2–4 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or communications preferred.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to tone and detail.
Experience managing content across multiple digital platforms and channels.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and email marketing tools.
Basic understanding of SEO, analytics, and digital performance metrics.
Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in manufacturing, B2B, or dealer‑based environments is a plus.
