Content designer & producer
This role takes strong strategy
and copy and turns it into polished, on-brand, ready-to-launch marketing
content. You will act as the
creative production engine for our marketing team, bringing campaigns to life
across digital, social, email, video, and sales materials in a fast-paced,
high-output environment. We are looking for a marketing-minded creator who can
execute quickly, think in campaigns, and help scale content production across
the organization. Your job is to be the creative engine that makes everything
look and feel credible, consistent, and compelling. Responsibilities: Design & Visual Asset
ProductionDesign and produce high-quality marketing assets to
their final, publish-ready stage, including:Social graphics and carouselsEmail visuals and formattingLanding page visuals and layoutsWhitepapers, one-pagers, case studies, and other
downloadable contentSales and executive presentation decksSales enablement assetsTranslate written content into visually compelling,
easy-to-consume formats Video & Multimedia ProductionProduce and edit short-form video content for
social and digital channelsAdd captions, graphics, and branding to thought
leadership videosCreate short product teasers, demos, and highlight
reels Brand & ConsistencyManage and organize the company’s digital assets
libraryCreate reusable templates to improve team
efficiency and consistencyMaintain and evolve visual consistency across all
marketing assetsEnsure everything produced reflects a credible,
modern, and professional B2B brandRequirements4+ years of experience producing strong B2B
marketing content (ideally in IT, tech, cybersecurity, or a similar
industry)Advanced proficiency in CanvaExperience editing videoAbility to work quickly and manage multiple
projects at onceExperience working in HubSpot (or similar marketing
