We’re hiring a TikTok Content Creator to lead short-form video creation from concept to publishing. This is a remote contract position where you’ll own our TikTok presence and occasionally repurpose content for YouTube Shorts or Instagram Reels.
What You’ll Do
Act as the creative engine behind our TikTok account — pitching, filming, editing, and posting 3–5 videos daily.
Appear on-camera and/or direct others on-camera with confidence.
Track trends, sounds, and memes in real-time to stay ahead of the algorithm.
Build recurring content formats or series to boost audience retention.
Partner with the Social Media Director to align brand voice, storytelling, and product launches.
Monitor analytics, engagement, and optimize content with a test-fast, learn-fast approach.
Repurpose select content into YouTube Shorts or Instagram Reels when possible.
What Success Looks Like
Consistently publishing 90–150 TikToks per month.
Launching 1–2 successful recurring series that audiences recognize and engage with.
Rapid turnaround on concepts and edits.
Boosted engagement and organic reach within the first 30 days.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of content creation experience, with a strong TikTok focus.
A portfolio showcasing your funny, fast, and brand-relevant TikTok videos.
Expert-level editing skills using mobile-first tools like CapCut or similar.
Comfortable appearing on-camera or directing with a bold, creative vision.
Ability to balance brand tone with playful, attention-grabbing content.
Self-motivated, reliable, and always ahead of the latest TikTok trends.
