OVERVIEW We're looking for a creative and culturally attuned content creator to support the Social Art Director in ideating, capturing, editing, revising, and delivering social-first content across paid and organic channels. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to grow — welcoming input and creative collaboration along the way. You're comfortable behind the camera and excited to develop your on-camera presence when the opportunity arises. You bring a passion for storytelling and visual culture, stay RESPONSIBILITIES • Collaborate with the Social Art Director, Paid, and Production teams to ideate, concept and execute social-first content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts • Lead monthly paid social shoots in partnership with cross-functional teams; must understand the different creative needs, performance goals, and production processes between paid and organic content • Shoot and edit short-form video content from concept to final cut, maintaining strong pacing, music, motion, and alignment with brand tone • Recommend and test new formats and creative ideas inspired by cultural moments, platform trends, and the competitive landscape • Demonstrate strong attention to detail: follow briefs precisely, prepare assets in advance, and ensure deliverables meet technical specs and deadlines • Partner with Graphic Design to repurpose and tailor content for paid and organic use, with a strong understanding of platform-specific formats, user behaviors, and performance best practices • Ensure content consistently reflects brand voice, visual identity, and campaign strategy QUALIFICATIONS: • 2–4 years of experience as a content creator for a brand • Comfortable working independently and managing projects from start to finish • Proficiency in mobile-first editing tools (CapCut), Adobe Suite, and social-native capture methods • Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts content formats and audience expectations • Ability to shoot, edit, and produce content end-to-end • Clear communicator who shares progress, challenges, and timelines proactively The base salary range for this position is $100,000-$120,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company's total rewards package for exempt employees.
