As we expand nationally and globally, we’re seeking a passionate, self-motivated, and creative Content Creator to conceptualize, produce, and execute engaging content across social, email, and digital platforms. You’ll play a key role in shaping KANHA’s voice online—whether it’s through video, motion graphics, photography, memes, or UGC-style storytelling. This is an individual contributor role that works closely with the marketing, design, and ecommerce teams to support product launches, campaigns, and retail initiatives. You will be instrumental in reinforcing KANHA’s brand identity and engaging new and existing audiences. Key Responsibilities Brand & Content Creation • Create original photo, video, and motion content tailored to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms • Translate brand messages into emotionally resonant content that reflects KANHA’s “Taste the Bliss” and “Do What You Love” ethos • Plan and produce visual content for product launches, promotions, retail campaigns, and seasonal activations • Contribute to content calendars and collaborate with the marketing team on key tentpole moments Digital Platform Execution • Own day-to-day social content execution across channels, with a strong focus on vertical video (Reels/TikTok) • Collaborate with email and ecommerce teams to develop assets for Klaviyo and Shopify • Optimize content based on platform best practices, trends, and audience behavior Creative Testing & Optimization • A/B test different content formats, thumbnails, hooks, and captions • Analyze performance metrics and implement learnings to continuously improve engagement and reach • Stay on top of cannabis regulations and ensure content is compliant with platform guidelines Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support • Work with graphic designers, photographers, and video editors as needed to bring ideas to life • Support influencer and UGC initiatives by directing or repurposing creator content • Align with digital, product, and sales teams to ensure content supports strategic objectives What We’re Looking For Required Skills & Experience • 3+ years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital storytelling • Proficient in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop), CapCut, Canva, or equivalent • Strong video editing skills and an eye for engaging short-form video content • Proven ability to create content that drives engagement and follows platform trends • Excellent storytelling instincts and an understanding of how to deliver brand messages through visual media • Self-starter with strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple projects You’ll Thrive Here If You… • Love working in fast-paced, high-accountability environments. • Balance creative instincts with analytical rigor. • Are fluent in the language of ROAS, CAC, LTV, and growth loops. • Want to help shape the future of modern cannabis commerce.
