As a Content Creator at Tomorrow University, you will be responsible for shaping our brandâs story and leading campaigns to attract learners from all around the world. Your role is crucial in taking our community to the next level.
Youâll build the narrative around our brand, develop and lead impactful campaigns in collaboration with our incredible network, and help make campaigns a core growth channel for us while building a brand that lasts for years to come! Win-win!
What youâll do:
Content Strategy Development: Planning and developing long-term ambassador and top voice campaigns that align with ToU goals and the needs of the target audience
Content Creation and Editing: Producing high-quality content such as carousels, infographics as well as videos. This includes writing scripts and editing images or video material
Analysis, Tracking, and Optimization: Analyze and optimize the performance of content using metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rate to optimize strategies
Trend Monitoring: Regularly analyzing current social media trends to create relevant and innovative content
Community Management: Interacting with the target audience to build a loyal community and respond to feedback
Desired Experience:
Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
2-3 years of experience building strong B2C content and campaigns. Experience in a startup environment is of benefit
A creative mastermind with the ability to develop innovative campaigns. You are full of ideas and a force in executing them
Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. You can inspire people with your passion for transforming education
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing prioritiesFluent in BOTH English and German
