Hi, We have immediate requirement for Content Creator role with one of our direct clients. (Preferred local candidates on W2) Job Title: TikTok Content Creator Location: Hybrid/Hunt Valley, MD Duration: Long term contract on W2 Job description: Overview: We are seeking a highly creative and performance-driven TikTok Content Creator to join our in-house marketing team to create content across key brands in the portfolio. This role is ideal for a digital storyteller who understands how to turn insights, trends, and brand strategy into compelling short-form video content that drives measurable business impact. Required Qualifications • 3–5 years of experience creating TikTok or short-form vertical video content in-house or for brands/agencies. • Demonstrated success growing and managing brand or creator accounts with measurable results, such as: • Achieving 50–150% follower growth within 12 months. • Maintaining an average engagement rate of 5–10% or higher on organic content. • Producing multiple videos exceeding 100K+ views, with at least several surpassing 1M+ views. • Driving measurable traffic or conversions through content (e.g., 2–5% click-through rate on linked campaigns or attributable increases in product page visits). • Strong storytelling, on-camera presence, and scriptwriting capabilities. • Proficiency in filming and editing using mobile and/or professional editing tools. • Experience using analytics dashboards to interpret performance data and refine content strategy. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. • Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally with marketing, brand, legal, and product teams. Preferred Qualifications • Experience within a global brand, consumer-facing company, or direct-to-consumer environment. • Familiarity with paid social amplification strategies and boosting high-performing organic content. • Background in influencer collaboration or creator partnerships. • Experience contributing to integrated campaigns across multiple digital channels. • Demonstrated ability to improve content performance over time through structured A/B testing and creative optimization (e.g., increasing average watch time by 20%+ through hook refinement).
