Content Analysis Manager - EMEA Region

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Content Analysis Manager, responsible for driving the success of our Content Analysis groups in the EMEA region. As a pioneer in the Item Metadata and Evaluations team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of content analysis and metadata management at Netflix.

As a leader in a complex, matrixed environment, you will be responsible for:


Leading a team of content analysts across EMEA, ensuring the highest standards of performance and quality
Defining, rating, and reviewing content and assets to support existing and new use-cases across the Netflix business
Building and maintaining relationships with cross-functional partners, including Content, Product, Marketing, and Ratings teams
Driving innovation and growth in content analysis, leveraging machine learning and AI to improve workflows and outcomes
Ensuring the development and growth of your team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to enable their success


To be successful in this role, you will need:


5+ years of experience in a field related to item metadata, audience engagement, content classification, and curation, or similar
Proven experience managing or leading teams in high-scale product and/or content organizations
A deep understanding of consumer behaviors and discovery habits, with a strong analytical mindset and ability to drive data-informed decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
A passion for learning, innovation, and growth, with a strong desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements
