We’re excited to offer an opportunity for Contact Center Specialist to join our HR BS .
With you we will:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, or social media inquiries.
Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and empathetically.
Troubleshoot customer complaints or technical issues.
Escalate complex problems to appropriate departments when necessary.
Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and issue closure.
Record customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
Maintain detailed logs of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
Update customer profiles and service records accurately.
Meet or exceed performance metrics (e.g., call handling time, customer satisfaction scores).
Maintain confidentiality and data protection protocols
Key requirements:
Work experience in customer service, preferably in accounting and/or Contact Center; experience handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, or social media inquiries.
Education in business administration, communications, accounting, or related fields.
Language skills: English — fluent level; local language — fluent level (depending on the market where Contact Center activities are provided).
Knowledge of methodologies: customer support processes, complaint resolution, troubleshooting, escalation procedures, and customer satisfaction follow-up.
Knowledge of specialized programs: CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other digital tools for recording interactions, updating profiles, and maintaining service records.
Responsibility, attention to detail, and a high level of self-organization; ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection protocols.
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, demonstrating empathy, accuracy, and efficiency while meeting performance metrics.
