Our Ride Success Agents handle all inbound calls from passengers, transportation providers, clients and may also assist with:
 Scheduling transportation needs for passengers and managed clients
 Transportation provider assistance calls
 Outbound calls... to passengers, managed client contacts, attending facilities
 Chat monitoring and response
 Ticket monitoring and response
Our Ride Success Agents use our proprietary platform, third-party transportation software like Uber and Lyft, and business technology like Zendesk (task management) to successfully complete trip requests.
This is a fully remote position where you can work from home and have a tremendous positive impact on behalf of elderly and medically challenged people.
Success in this position will require exceptional communication skills, creative problem solving and a commitment to meeting our quality standards and adherence to service level commitments. This is a full time position that may include weekend and evening hours, depending on the shift.
Responsibilities:
 Willingness to work a full-time shift within the Eastern Time Zone.
 Below is a sampling of current shift availability.
 Communicate with Transportation Providers to schedule and recover rides with unique needs.
 Communicate with passengers and managed clients to schedule trips
 Monitor internal communications channels to identify and assist with escalated service opportunities.
 Monitor chats from passengers and managed clients to identify transportation needs and/or escalated service opportunities
 Shifts available beginning mid-November:
 Monday - Friday - 6am EST - 230pm EST
 Saturday - Wednesday - 10pm EST - 630am EST
 Monday - Friday - 9am EST - 530pm EST
 Monday - Friday - 10pm EST - 630am EST
 Saturday - Wednesday - 8am EST - 430pm EST
 Thursday - Monday - 8am EST - 430pm EST
 Saturday - Wednesday - 2pm EST - 1030pm EST
 Thursday - Monday - 2pm EST - 1030pm EST
 Shifts available beginning mid-December:
 Saturday - Wednesday - 10pm EST - 630am EST
 Saturday - Wednesday - 8am EST - 430pm EST
 Thursday - Monday - 6am EST - 230pm EST
 Monday - Friday - 2pm EST - 1030pm EST
 All shifts are subject to change based on business needs.
NOTE: Candidates must have internet speed of 10 mbps and ability to hard-wire in via ethernet as needed
Competencies:
 High School Diploma, or equivalent
 Contact center, call center, or tech support experience required
 Fluency with standard business tools, like Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and software-based telephone systems
 Attention to detail
 Excellent written and spoken communication skills
 Creativity and ability to think outside the box
 Willingness and ability to work on and support a remote team environment
 A sense of humor and positive attitude
