Overview
The Contact Center Representative is responsible for effectively handling customer contacts (i.e., escalated case assignment, phone calls, email, etc.). This position analyzes problems and provides information/solutions via multiple platform technologies, telephone, and written correspondence. Additionally, it will accurately document inquiry outcomes for tracking and analysis.

Role Requirements
ย Must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in a contact center role.
ย Must have experience with computers and keyboarding skills (or alternate technology that facilitates computer keyboarding/data input).
ย Knowledge of Microsoft Office products desired (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
ย Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
ย Must be able to obtain and maintain a position of public trust security clearance.
ย U.S. Citizenship is required per government contract.
ย * Chosen candidates will be required to attend up to 12 weeks in person/onsite training in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

This job operates in a professional office environment. The physical demands described here are representative of those that a team member must meet to perform the essential functions of the job successfully. Flexibility related to work hours as project demands arise.
ย Occasionally required to move or lift up to 40 pounds.
ย Must be able to remain in a stationary computer position for extended periods.
ย Must be able to use hands and fingers to type.
ย Must be able to reach with hands and arms for using a computer.
