Job Description:
Accenture is seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our team in San Francisco, California. This is a part-time, work-from-home position ideal for individuals who are driven, adaptable, and looking to gain experience in a fast-paced contact center environment. As an Entry Level Contact Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and... support to clients through various communication channels.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from clients
- Assist customers with product inquiries, issue resolution, and general support
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Follow company policies and procedures to meet quality and performance standards
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
- Adhere to a flexible schedule to accommodate peak call times and customer needs
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
