Now, we’re looking for a dynamic Customer Experience Specialist to help us elevate our guest interactions from good to unforgettable—all from the comfort of your home.
What You’ll Do
• Make outbound calls to businesses to promote our programs and events
• Respond to phone and email inquiries with warmth, clarity, and precision
• Guide guests through booking birthday parties, group events, and promotions
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth transactions and top-tier service
Who You Are
• A natural communicator—friendly, articulate, and attentive
• Fluent in English (spoken, written, and comprehension)
• A team player who’s proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Tech-savvy with solid typing and database navigation skills
• Experienced in customer service (call center experience is a plus!)
• Positive, professional, and ready to make someone’s day
