The role involves providing exceptional customer service by assisting members with inquiries about accounts, loans, and online banking, while ensuring a positive experience for each member. Responsibilities Assist members over the phone regarding questions they have about Credit Union products and services Provide prompt, positive and informative service to our members Meet or exceed individual service and productivity goals by delivering a great customer experience, following the interaction review guidelines, and creating a one-stop resolution Utilize multiple sources and modes of communication to retain and apply organizational updates, promotions, and product, service, policy, and procedural changes Communicate with other CCU departments to solve member inquiries and issues quickly and effectively Skills HS diploma or equivalent 1+ year of work experience.
