The Consumer Insight Analyst at Disney Experiences plays a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience at Walt Disney World by analyzing visitor data and providing actionable insights. Responsibilities
Ā Support WDW Visitation Research by processing, analyzing, and reporting data from various sources.

Ā Understand guest behaviors of those visiting the WDW Theme Parks.

Ā Identify demand drivers and revenue opportunities to inform long-term strategies.

Ā Maximize the guest experience across Theme Parks, Water Parks, Resorts, and Disney Springs.

Ā Translate data into actionable insights and create compelling presentations.
Requirements
Ā 1+ years relevant experience in market research, business analytics, or strategic planning.

Ā Experience in quantitative research design, analysis, and interpretation.
,
Ā Proficiency in data analytics, including management and manipulation of large data sets using statistical software (e.g., SAS, SQL, SPSS).

Ā Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for developing and manipulating complex spreadsheets.

Ā Ability to effectively translate data into actionable insights and create presentations using PowerPoint.

Ā Critical thinking skills to navigate complex business challenges.

Ā Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ā Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
