Position: Consumer & Retail Finance Expert

Role Responsibilities
• Curate and seed real-world consumer and retail finance datasets for AI training and model development.
• Work with partial financial models, ambiguous inputs, and complex spreadsheets to support AI learning processes.
• Annotate and structure financial data artifacts while iteratively organizing datasets for improved model performance.
• Provide feedback to data science teams to enhance model accuracy and financial reasoning.
• Collaborate with finance professionals across distributed teams.
• Document insights, observations, and best practices in structured written formats.
• Participate in project meetings to share progress, insights, and recommendations.
Requirements
• Professional background in consumer finance or retail finance operations, analytics, or financial data work.
• Strong financial data analysis capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with emphasis on clarity and thoroughness.
