Responsibilities
• Enter and update Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy client data accurately into Best Case Bankruptcy Software
• Perform data collection and verify information for completeness and accuracy
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information at all times
Requirements
• Proven experience working data entry bankruptcy consumer cases of chapter 7 and chapter 13
• Proven experience with data entry in Consumer Bankruptcy cases
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Office applications, and database management systems
• Experience working with Best Case Bankruptcy Software
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy for transcription and data entry tasks
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data collection and record-keeping
• Ability to work independently while following established procedures
