Consulting Senior Associate, Assistant Project Manager

ERM is the largest global pure play sustainability consultancy, and they are seeking a Consulting Senior Associate, Assistant Project Manager to support complex utility projects. The role involves coordinating permitting activities, managing project documentation, and facilitating communication across teams to ensure successful project execution. Responsibilities Prepare and review encroachment permit packages for accuracy and compliance Support scope, schedule, and budget management for large, complex projects Coordinate field data collection and integrate findings into workflows Track deliverables, maintain documentation, and provide status updates to project managers and clients Facilitate communication between environmental and operational teams Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains Skills Bachelor's degree in environmental science, project management, planning, or related field.
