Oversee the creation of effective visions, strategies and roadmaps, in direct alignment and support of business objectives. Manage engagement planning and budgeting by defining deliverable structure, content and delivery while managing risks and quality of delivery. Manage proposal development and oversee the development of pricing strategies for existing project extensions and new opportunities. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
