About The Role
The Consulting Generalist – Strategy Track role is designed for high-potential professionals who want broad exposure to strategy, operations, and transformation work across industries.

• Translate data into executive-ready narratives
Project Execution
• Support project planning, workstreams, and deliverables
• Collaborate with cross-functional client and internal teams
• Track milestones, risks, and performance metrics
Client Communication
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and presentations
• Support the development of executive-level materials
• Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ideal Candidate Profile
Background
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, STEM, or related field
• 0–3+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, banking, analytics, or related roles (varies by firm)
Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Comfort working with data, models, and structured thinking
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
Mindset
