Consulting Clinical Manager
We are seeking a Consulting Clinical Manager with strong experience in Life Sciences consulting, particularly across clinical development and R&D operations.The ideal candidate combines strategic insight and hands-on delivery, leading complex client engagements, managing teams, and driving transformation initiatives across clinical and digital functions.Key Responsibilities:Lead consulting projects and workstreams within clinical and R&D transformation programsDesign and implement operating models, business processes, and digital solutionsDrive adoption of clinical and enterprise systems (e.g., EDC, CTMS, eTMF)Manage stakeholders, governance, timelines, budgets, and risksSupport business development and mentor junior team membersRequired Profile:5-7 years of experience in Life Sciences consulting and/or clinical development environmentsStrong knowledge of clinical, regulatory, or R&D operationsExperience with digital transformation and clinical systems implementationsExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsDegree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or related fieldFluent EnglishWhat We Offer:At Arithmos, you’ll work on impactful projects shaping the future of global healthcare, with opportunities for international growth, flexible working, competitive compensation, and continuous professional development.
