Consultant Advisory Services

Job Description: • Work collaboratively within a team of highly qualified Advisory consultants • Perform billable work for clients, taking lead in analyzing data and forming recommendations • Draft deliverables for various audiences • Assist in implementation of recommended improvements • Participate in client engagements including identifying issues, forming hypotheses, leading analyses, and synthesizing conclusions • Build and maintain dynamic data models • Lead process standardization efforts for client deliverables and internal tools • Troubleshoot Tableau workbooks, SQL scripts, Excel analyses Requirements: • Years of Applicable Experience - 2 or more years • Awareness of market trends and key competitor’s activities • Effective approaches to closing the sale, negotiation skills • Understanding of risk management practices • Assist in determining client needs by gathering and researching data, utilizing common tools and analytical methods • Experience with statistical and analytics tools (SQL, R, Python, SAS, Matlab, etc.) • Advanced Excel skills, Tableau, Business Intelligence • Experience in healthcare revenue cycle, business, or finance • Demonstrated interest in healthcare performance management • Demonstrated capability to lead and show value from their efforts • Experience analyzing complex healthcare revenue cycle data sets and developing visualizations and presentations to support data-driven recommendations • Experience in new methodology development and strategic problem-solving skills • Bachelor’s degree Benefits: • Health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance • 401k retirement program • Paid time off • Participation in Premier’s employee incentive plans • Tuition reimbursement and professional development opportunities Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
