Marie to manage projects related to organizational reviews, feasibility studies, and strategic planning, while developing client relationships and ensuring adherence to project frameworks.ResponsibilitiesCarrying out work projects and assignments as it relates to organizational/operational reviews, feasibility studies, strategic and business planning for a variety of customer groups with a particular focus on Indigenous, Municipal and private sector business clientsResearch issues and present alternatives/conclusions to clientsDevelop relationships with clients, project teams and contribute to the completion of the client workMaintaining and monitoring plans, schedules, budgets and expenditures for clients and Advisory TeamOrganizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetingsDocumenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetingsPreparing necessary presentation materials for meetingsEnsuring engagements adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each engagementsParticipate in creation of proposals, statement of works, change requests or operational agreements as requiredOther duties as requiredSkillsDegree/Diploma in Finance or Business Administration1+ years of experience in a similar roleStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to prioritize workloads and manage multiple tasks and deadlinesStrong MS Office and reporting skillsExperience with Indigenous clients would be considered an assetBenefitsFlexible benefits from day oneMarket leading personal time off policyReimbursement for wellness initiatives that fit your lifestyleCompany OverviewBDO Canada is a consulting firm that provides auditing, outsourcing, taxation, assurance, and financial advisory services.
