Consultant / Account Manager

Spectrum Pension Consultants (part of Daybright Financial) is seeking an experienced and motivated consultant to join our team. The Account Manager's primary role is to manage client relationships. Responsibilities include acting as the day-to-day point of contact for retirement plan clients by responding to client calls and emails and conducting regular face-to-face and virtual client meetings. Successful execution of this role will include collaboration with other service team members, other account managers, and outside partners. Essential functions - Act as day-to-day contact for retirement plan sponsor clients - Coordinate routine work with service and operations teams - Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders - Advocate for client needs to ensure satisfaction - Meet with clients regularly to consult on plan design and other issues - Prepare and manage non-routine work, such as regulatory audits, plan corrections, contribution projections, and specialized reporting - Update and maintain project management and CRM systems - Review and manage client satisfaction and profitability metrics Additional responsibilities may include - Retirement plan operations and administration support - New client origination and transition support - Preparation of plan documents and amendments - Assist with preparation of client contracts and pricing Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (preferably in a professional or technical field: accounting, finance, engineering, mathematics etc.) - 2+ years of related work experience Knowledge and Skills - Understanding of retirement plan administration processes and functions - Relius Administration - FT Williams - Microsoft Dynamics CRM - MS Office productivity software (Excel, Access, Word) - ASPPA credentials (e.g. QKA) a plus Pay and Benefits: - Base salary $63,000 - $100,000 - Paid time off - Flexible Work Schedule - 401(k) plan with employer contribution - Medical, dental, disability, and life insurance Apply tot his job
