Responsibilities
• Reporting directly to the Firm Owner and Director of Operations - Handle a manageable caseload of construction, real estate, and business law litigation matters acting as lead attorney.
• Help your client’s win at life – as a virtual firm, you will have significant autonomy to pursue the best actions for the client’s ultimate goal.
• Courtroom exposure – You will be negotiating settlements, appearing at court hearings, and litigating cases. Your preparation is critical, but your ability to think on your feet, communicate well, and work independently is tantamount to your success in this position.
• Conduct extensive research and analysis on a diverse array of construction, real estate, and business cases.
• Craft persuasive motions, pleadings, and briefs.
• Collaborate – you will be working with multiple attorneys and paralegals. Organization and a clear strategy on each case will be vital.

Qualifications
• Texas Bar license_ & Reside in Texas_
• 6+ years of experience minimum in Construction/Business/Civil (litigation experience)
• Strong research and writing skills
• Demonstrated ability to produce client-ready work product and excellent client service in a timely and efficient manner and with minimal supervision.
• Independent and goal-driven with a commitment to client service
• The ideal candidate must be a reliable, timely, and detail-oriented individual possessing great communication and organizational skills.
