The Construction Services team (MedFACS, Medical Facilities Construction Services) is part of the Healthcare Project Management (HPM) Shared Services team and is responsible for creating construction proposals/quotes for site prep/construction annually, implementing a portion of those as construction projects each year, supporting equipment revenue. This team of project managers provide full design/build services for implementation of our Imaging products. Each PM carries a project backlog that is executed to deliver revenue and margin for markets in the United States.

This is a remote role that requires the candidate to work from home office with occasional onsite support at customer locations within the US (specific markets TBD).

Job Description
Responsibilities
• Lead design/build projects in support of GE HealthCare Imaging equipment sales and installations.
• Project Management lead with cross-functional teams (consisting of customer radiology/purchasing/facilities, government customer procurement reps, GE HealthCare suppliers, sales, project managers, service) in the execution of design/build activities.
• Manage entire design/build proposal process for assigned projects; work closely with the project team to identify customer project requirements and develop work scopes, design drawings, cost estimates, project schedules, proposals, and contract documents to deliver cost effective solutions for design/build services.
• Provide tracking of supplier performance, maintain project schedules and budgets and ensure Quality Management System compliance as well as meeting local and governmental codes and specs.
• Develop, track and control project budgets, supplier purchase orders and customer payment - ensuring margin expectations are met for each project.
• Drive customer satisfaction at all phases of proposals and project backlog

Required Qualifications
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree and most recent 5+ years in construction project management.
• Customer interface experience, customer-focused approach essential.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, both technical and non-technical.
• Ability to travel 10-20% of the time
• Ability to work from home in a dedicated office space, free from distraction with a high-speed internet connection.
• Willingness to take a drug test and submit to a background investigation, including for example, verification of your past employment, criminal history, and education

Desired Qualifications
• MBA or Master's degree in Project Management
• PMP certified
• Registered Architect
• Experienced with pre-install/install of GE Healthcare products
• Experienced with leading design and construction of medical facilities with focus on diagnostic imaging equipment
• Building and safety code compliance knowledge and application.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experienced with AutoCAD or similar systems
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams, with strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to carry on multiple projects simultaneously
• P&L exposure

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $112,000.00-$168,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
