Job Description
• Manage multiple retail construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines, ensuring successful on-time delivery
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, architects, and vendors
• Conduct remote site visits and oversee progress through digital tools and site documentation
• Mitigate risks and resolve issues quickly without sacrificing quality or safety
• Ensure all stakeholders are aligned through clear communication and proactive leadership

The Successful Applicant
• 3-7+ years of construction project management experience, specifically in retail or commercial builds
• Demonstrated success managing aggressive project timelines
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling, cost control, and subcontractor coordination
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple remote projects at once
• Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with a fully remote work environment and self-driven structure
