Construction Project Manager- Mechanical (MEP) - TEXAS RELOCATION
We are seeking a
Mechanical Construction Project Manager to join a growing team on a large-scale commercial construction project in
Texas
. This is a hands-on, full-time role ideal for candidates with construction experience, particularly in mechanical construction. A degree in construction, mechanical engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• Support project management and field operations for mechanical construction projects
• Assist with scheduling, cost tracking, submittals, RFIs, and project documentation
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates to the project management team
• Assist with quality control, safety compliance, and project reporting
• Support project engineers and managers in day-to-day construction activities
Qualifications
• Construction experience required; mechanical construction experience highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, mechanical engineering, or related field preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
• Willingness to relocate or live on-site for the duration of the project
