? Ability to create and manage project budgets
? Strong leadership and communication skills
? Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
? Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
? 10 years of experience in construction project management
? Experience in managing construction projects in various industries and settings
