We’re looking for experienced construction project managers based in the United States to join us as paid Career Coaches, providing mentorship and guidance to students as they prepare for new roles in the field. Responsibilities • Provide support and guidance to help students learn construction project management and land their first entry-level job. • Introduce new people to a career in construction project management. • Teach people about what a career in construction project management entails. Compensation Your earnings as a Career Coach will depend on the time, effort, and quality you bring to your sessions. Here’s what you can expect: $1,000–$2,000 per month with just 2–3 hours of coaching weekly. Top coaches can earn $5,000–$15,000+ monthly as they build their coaching practice. Beyond financial rewards, this role offers the opportunity to shape the next generation of construction project managers, helping students launch meaningful careers in the field.
