Work efficiently using modern tools (AI-enabled estimating software). Communicate directly with foremen, plumbers, and carpenters. Required: • Proven wins for union construction companies (US market, Florida preferred) • Expertise: plumbing, mechanical, general construction estimating • Field supervisory experience (practical understanding of trades) • Fluent English - field communication essential • Detail-oriented, meticulous, high accuracy standards • Efficient workflow - leverage technology, minimize hours per estimate • Deep understanding of construction trades and methods Compensation: • Bonus structure: project wins + gross margin performance, paid at project completion • Travel expenses covered (occasional site visits) • Flexible start: contractor → part-time → full-time option Apply: Send resume, win rate data, and project examples demonstrating detail accuracy and trade knowledge.
