The Role: Prepare winning estimates for plumbing, mechanical, and general construction projects. Work efficiently using modern tools (AI-enabled estimating software). Communicate directly with foremen, plumbers, and carpenters.
Required:
ā¢ Proven wins for union construction companies (US market, Florida preferred)
ā¢ Expertise: plumbing, mechanical, general construction estimating
ā¢ Field supervisory experience (practical understanding of trades)
ā¢ Fluent English - field communication essential
ā¢ Detail-oriented, meticulous, high accuracy standards
ā¢ Efficient workflow - leverage technology, minimize hours per estimate
ā¢ Deep understanding of construction trades and methods
Compensation:
ā¢ Bonus structure: project wins + gross margin performance, paid at project completion
ā¢ Travel expenses covered (occasional site visits)
ā¢ Flexible start: contractor ā part-time ā full-time option
