Or hybrid if you prefer, we have offices throughout NY and NJ. The attorney will join a thriving team and manage their own cases day to day with collaboration and availability from Team Leaders. The attorney will report to clients and carriers, appear in Court for conferences and motions, comply with discovery, take and defend depositions, and prepare and file motions. Required: • Recent experience with construction litigation, and/or NY Labor Law (240/241)
