About the position Founded in the early 2000’s, we are currently over 100 lawyers located throughout New York, Connecticut, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Responsibilities • Manage own cases day to day with collaboration and availability from Team Leaders. • Report to clients and carriers • Appear in Court for conferences and motions • Comply with discovery • Take and defend depositions • Prepare and file motions.
