Experience:
? 3-6 years of focused experience in construction law, including litigation, contracts, and compliance.

Expertise:
? Proficiency in handling cases involving construction defect claims, delay disputes, lien law, and payment disputes.
? Skilled in drafting and negotiating construction contracts, subcontracts, and related agreements.
? Experience representing contractors, developers, owners, and design professionals in arbitration, mediation, and court proceedings.
? Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal construction regulations.

Job Stability:
? Proven history of staying 2+ years in previous roles, demonstrating reliability and commitment.

Strong Communication:
? Exceptional written and verbal advocacy skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and industry stakeholders.
