This role will oversee the contract management process for the land development for datacenter construction projects. In this role you will work closely with staff on RFP proposals. responsibilities:
• Collaborate with internal team on RFPs
• Source for construction project services
• Develop sourcing and negotiation strategies to meet project objectives
• Perform supplier assessments and prepare contract award proposals
• Review contracts to ensure all requirements are met and meet terms
• Lead contractual negotiations and deviations
Qualifications
• 5+ years of construction contract management with experience leading retrofitting projects
• Contract lifecycle management
• Arriba knowledge
• Experience managing general contractor RFPs
• Must come from construction industry
qualifications:
• Experience level: Experienced
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Education: Bachelors
