Position at a Glance:Compensation: a competitive salaryCompany: WorkwarpLocation: RemotePosition: Conflicts Attorney - RemoteStart Date: Immediate openings available  DescriptionRobert Half is searching for a Licensed Attorney with direct Conflicts Checks experience to assist an AmLaw100 Firm on a project-basis!This position is Monday through FridayKey DutiesNegotiate between firm lawyers in resolving disputes over conflicts and waiversResolves conflict of interest issues (to include obtaining necessary waivers and drafting ethics wall memos) related to the firm’s clearance of new clients, new matters and lateral attorneysAnalyzes information provided with new matter requests for compliance with firm policies and applicable rules of professional responsibility, and reviews and edits draft engagement letters for compliance with sameReviews client outside counsel guidelines and assists with assessment of firm’s ability to complyRequirementsRequirements:Actively licensed as an attorney in good standing in the same residing stateHigh attention to detail and organization skillsCandidates with previous experience as a Conflicts Analyst and/or supporting the Conflicts Department of a law firm are encouraged to applyBenefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
