What You’ll Do
Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving issues efficiently.
Assist customers with account inquiries, billing, or technical support in a professional and courteous manner.
Accurately document and maintain customer interaction records in our systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Adhere to company policies and guidelines to deliver outstanding service.
What We’re Looking For
A high school diploma or equivalent (required).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to navigate multiple systems while assisting customers.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering solutions.
Prior customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory—we’ll train the right candidates!
