Computer Software Integration Analyst
Description:
• Provide lifecycle support to DLA’s Employee Activity Guide for Labor Entry (EAGLE) DBS acquisition, development, sustainment, maintenance, and technical support.
• Ensuring the continuous, efficient, and secure operation of EAGLE DBS
• Deliver measurable improvements in software lifecycle management
• Timely Issue Resolution: Implement authorized fixes and resolve incidents to maintain 99% system uptime.
• Design, code, test, and integrate system enhancements with zero critical defects.
• Achieve measurable improvements in system performance by reducing incident recurrence by at least 20%.
• Deliver and maintain comprehensive Functional Requirements documentation with 100% traceability.
Requirements:
• Minimum of five (5) years’ relevant experience with software integration and lifecycle support
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a T3 (Secret) background investigation clearance
