Job Description
The CBT Developer supports end-to-end instructional design and digital learning development. This role partners with SMEs to create engaging, learner-centered training solutions, including micro-learning and computer-based training assets.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Design and develop CBTs, micro-learning videos, and digital learning content
ā¢ Create interactive e-learning, infographics, and performance support tools
ā¢ Translate learning objectives into engaging instructional experiences
ā¢ Ensure a consistent and polished learner experience
ā¢ Support classroom instruction with digital learning assets
Required Qualifications
ā¢ Experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline), Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Cloud
ā¢ Background in instructional design or training development
ā¢ Ability to collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders
