About the position Responsibilities • Coordinate efforts associated with the preparation of regulatory documents or submissions. • Interpret regulatory rules or rule changes and ensure communication through corporate policies and procedures. • Develop internal strategies, procedures, and processes for Citi's Electronic Communications Program (ECP). • Support risk management framework development to maintain risk levels within the firm's risk appetite. • Review materials to ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements and address potential risks. • Engage with product and function coverage teams to develop Compliance Risk Management program solutions. • Create, review, and update ECP-related trainings. • Review ECP breach escalations to advise on severity levels of confirmed breaches. • Compile and maintain regulatory documentation databases or systems. • Review off-channel communications submitted for retention. • Create compliance and risk management procedures specific to ECP. • Stay abreast of regulatory and policy changes to identify new key risk areas and propose solutions. Requirements • Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field. • 2 years of experience as a Compliance Product Senior Analyst, Compliance Risk Management Senior Analyst, or related position. • Experience in coordinating, monitoring, and developing regulatory compliance procedures. • Experience applying electronic communication policies and strategies for business compliance. • Knowledge of U.S. and global legal and regulatory compliance standards for electronic communication in financial services. • Experience in investigation and escalation of ECP breaches. • Proficiency in reports generation using Microsoft Office solutions. • Experience coordinating with stakeholders for strategy implementation. • Skills in risk identification and management. • Experience in regulatory database and systems management. • Ability to identify breaches of internal policies and risks.
