Compliance Manager/Attorney
The Position
A fast-growing, fully remote company in the energy and infrastructure space is seeking a Compliance Manager to support export control reporting and vendor diligence efforts. This role will work closely with senior legal leadership to execute on recurring regulatory requirements using established templates and processes.
The position focuses primarily on preparing and submitting export control reports, along with supporting third-party diligence workflows such as supplier screening and sanctions checks. This is a strong fit for candidates with export control or regulatory compliance experience who are comfortable handling structured, detail-oriented work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with DOE regulations or Part 810 reporting is required. Candidates should be adaptable, pragmatic, and able to ramp quickly within an existing framework.
The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $80 and $100 for non-attorneys and $110 - $115 for attorneys. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
