Compliance Manager - AML
Train and provide guidance to Junior AML Analyst. Manage the team daily/weekly/monthly target of cases closures of the team. Review and analyze the alerts triggered in SAS as per the AML SOP within the stipulated TATs. Escalate the cases to Investigation Team as deemed necessary and/or as per the AML SOP within the stipulated TATs. Assist the AML Investigation Team by providing a complete quality analysis for the reviewed cases at the analysis stage. Highlight any key Financial Crimes risk throughout the review and analysis of customers’ account to the senior management. Ensure zero tolerance in RCSA, QA and Internal Audit observations and timely response with proper documentation and reasoning. Highlight and ensure implementation of new technology requirement to improve work efficiency in timely manner. Support the Top management/ MLRO / Delegate in Regulatory Relationship Management Optimize the TM Alert Management process. Involve in Project with will Optimize the TM Alert Management process.
