Compliance & Finance Partner (Volunteer & Performance Incentivized)
Pharaoh’s Court is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance & Finance Partner to manage the logistical and financial "back-office" of our youth basketball organization. You will report directly to the Program Owner and ensure the team remains in good standing with all state and federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities
• Financial Management: Manage income (tuition, grants, fundraising) and reconcile operating expenses like gym rentals and tournament fees.
• Tax & State Compliance: Maintain records for Illinois and federal tax obligations and prepare annual filings to keep the company in "Good Standing."
• Team Administration: Handle AAU/League registrations, background checks, and maintain player eligibility records (waivers, medical forms).
• Fundraising & Grants: Actively research and apply for external funding opportunities to grow the program.
Compensation (Performance-Based)
This is a volunteer and performance-paid position. While there is no base salary, you will earn:
• 20% Sponsorship Commission: Earn 20% of all new funds secured through business partnerships you research and land.
• 20% Seasonal Profit Share: Receive 20% of the seasonal net profit at the end of the Spring/Summer season.
