Ask A Pro Law, LLC is seeking an experienced Compliance Attorney with a strong Personal Injury background to join our growing team. This remote position supports our personal injury practice serving clients in Arizona.
We are looking for a detail-oriented attorney who understands the operational, regulatory, and ethical compliance requirements of an AZ-based personal injury practice while also having hands-on case experience.
Requirements
• Active Arizona Bar license in good standing
• Experience handling personal injury cases from intake through settlement and/or litigation
• Strong knowledge of AZ personal injury law, insurance claims, and litigation procedures
• Demonstrated experience with legal compliance, risk management, and regulatory oversight
• Working knowledge of Arizona Rules of Professional Conduct and ethical obligations
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Responsibilities
• Oversee compliance protocols within the personal injury practice
• Ensure adherence to Arizona Bar regulations, ethical standards, and firm policies
• Monitor case handling procedures for regulatory and deadline compliance
• Review legal documents, demands, pleadings, and settlement agreements for accuracy and compliance
• Advise leadership on risk management, operational compliance, and best practices
• Assist with internal audits, documentation standards, and workflow improvements
• Provide strategic guidance on complex personal injury matters
• Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel as needed
